For families in need of last minute emergency childcare & occasional babysitting for a night out - or simply a helping hand - our qualified nannies are available for occasional babysitting & last minute bookings.
Our process

First we collect information about your family to create your client profile

Once we know the details of your request, and find a nanny that meets your requirements we will then call you back to confirm the booking.

The minimum booking length is 3 hours, and after that, time is billed in 15 minute increments
-
Once the booking has been confirmed, the agency booking fee will be applied and you will receive a bill to your email.

Once the bill is paid you will receive an emailed receipt, and detailed confirmation of your booking

At the end of your booking, please pay your nanny directly by cash or cheque

The nanny will provide a formal receipt upon request
Hourly Nanny Rates

16-30 Euro per hour for up to 2 children from the same family

2 Euro per hour for each additional sibling
-
6 Euro per hour for each additional child from another family

Other Charges
We will advise you at the time of your booking if any of the following
charges will apply.

An additional 5 Euro per hour will be added to all time over 8 hours

5 Euro per hour will be added to all holiday bookings (German national holidays)

Travel compensation may apply for more remote locations, or if a nanny is unavailable in your area. You will be advised at time of booking if this applies

Pay-per-use Option
30 Euro per day a babysitter is booked
Pre-paid Bookings Option
Book more, save more! Pre-paid bookings are applied as credits on your
account, and are valid for one year from date of purchase.

On call/emergency fee
60 Euros (Agency fee + nanny bonus for last minute)
*Only applied when a Nanny request has less than 4 hours before the start of shift*
Our cancellation policy

Booking fees are non-refundable, but in the event that you need to cancel a booking, we'll simply apply the fee to your next booking

A 60 Euro cancellation fee will be applied for all bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours notice from the original starting time requested.
Full & Part
time nannies
For families looking for a part or full time nanny on a regular basis.We do our best to find the nanny perfectly suited for your families specific requests and needs.
Our process

First we collect some information about your family to create your client profile

Once we know the details of your request, we will begin the search for a nanny that meets your requirements.

We will then forward you the resumes of any interested applicants who meet your specific requirements. You may interview as many candidates as are available

If you'd then like to interview any of our candidates, you just let us know which days and times are best and we'll arrange the rest

Interviews are typically held in your family's home, though some family's prefer to hold an initial interview in a public locations such as a coffee shop

We help you prepare for interviews by providing you with a list of suggested interview questions, but you are encouraged to include any of your won which are more specific to your family's needs

Once you have selected the perfect nanny for your family, we'll help with all the details such as negotiating wages and setting up a written agreement between you and your nanny

If required, we will provide assistance with registering as an employer and training in basic payroll procedures

Nannny wages
-
Wages/Salary: hourly rates range from 16 Euro - 30 Euro per hour depending requirements and the experience of the nanny you would like

Wages are paid directly to the nanny by you, the employer.
*The Nanny Net is a referral agency and does not pay nannies on behalf of families*
Agency fees

Agency placement fee: 15% of nanny's projected annual salary with a minimum of 550 Euro and a maximum of 5500 Euro. Agency fee is payable directly to The Nanny Net, once an offer of employment has been accepted, and prior to your nanny starting work with you

The Nanny Net does not charge any additional administrative fees, and there is no cost to initiate the search for a nanny with our agency
Our promise
It is our promise to you that if your nanny discontinue service to you for any reason prior to the end of your initial contract with them, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable replacement in a timely manner at no additional cost to you, so long as the schedule and terms of service remain the same. If your nanny should discontinue service to you after the initial term of your contract has been reached, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable replacement at a reduced rate of 10% of the annual projected gross.
Childminding
Events
For events that require professional childcare to keep an eye and entertain children during events with to with games, crafts and activities during weddings, conferences, and events.
Our process

Call or email us with the details of your event at as soon as possible

Depending on your event and the venue in which it will take place, we may wish to meet with you and visit the location in advance

We bring all of the gear and games to create a space that is supportive and fun for the children attending so that they will be happily entertained while their parents enjoy your event

Our set-up fee includes basic age-appropriate games and activities such as play-dough, colouring, art and crafts, Legos, books, puzzles ect.

Our professional nannies are qualified to care for children from newborn to teen, so there are no age-restrictions on children attending childminding events

Please note that parents must remain on the premises while their children are in our care during childminding events
Cost

Set-up fee: 150 Euro

Nannies: Starting at 20 Euro per hour per nanny

Set-up fee is due in advance in order to secure all event bookings
Other Charges
-
Overtime charges: An additional 5 Euro per hour per nanny. Overtime rates take effect after 8 hours

Holiday charges: An additional 5 Euro per hour per nanny on statutory holidays

Additional games, activities and equipment available by request (face-painting, crafts, portable cribs etc.)
Cancellation Policy

Event deposits are transferable but non-refundable
-
An additional 60 Euro per childminder cancellation fee will be applied to all event bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
